Cancellation Policy for Non Members of Le Chateau Plus

Guests are advised that in booking an appointment they are reserving a suite exclusively for their use. We require at least 7 working days notice of cancellation to avoid incurring the full cost of the booked suite.

Charges will be incurred for missed check in dates. Charges are made to the credit card details at the time of booking. In the event that the card is declined you agree to honour an invoice for charges incurred due to missed check in date or late cancellation.

Where we have sufficient notice of cancellation, (at least 7 working days) we will fully refund your payment.

Please note this cancellation policy is only relevant to our inspection visits and does not have any credence in the Le Chateau Plus private members club which follows its own set of scheme rules.
